Quite often, the initial impression that potential customers have of your business can make the difference between winning the business and losing the customer to the competition. Time and again that first impression is your company's marketing and collateral material.
Marketing collateral tells the world about the benefits and quality of your company's products and/or services. It should intrigue the reader as well as give them enough information that they want to be proactive and take the next step in the sales process.
Types of marketing collateral:
- Business Cards
Business Cards are usually printed on 2 x 3 1/2" card stock and contain all necessary contact information for an employee of your company. The agreed upon logo of the enterprise continues the brand identity for easy sight recognition by the audience.
- Brochures
Brochures are usually printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper folded in thirds or 8 1/2" x 14" paper and can be folded in quarters. The contents of brochures typically range from information about your company to specific product information, case studies, strategic alliances and technology/security platforms.
- Folders/Press Kits
Folders are usually corporate themed carrier packs that contain brochures, business cards, offers and magazine reprints, specially packaged for a specific target audience.
- Fliers
Fliers are usually printed on 8 1/2" x 11" paper printed on one side or front and back, and used for inexpensive distribution.
