Backup My Info! Is a technology company that completely automates online backup and recovery of programs and files. Its state of the art technology solution is available 24 hours a day. It is easy to install, automatically encrypts, compresses and backs up data every night over the Internet.
The Challenge
Emblaze Design was hired to create a new brand identity and integrate it into marketing collateral material and its website.
The main objectives were to:
- Create a brand that established them as sophisticated and competent
- Inject fresh creative thinking into their design
- Create a vision for the backup solution of the future
- to differentiate them from their competition by portraying them as simple and user friendly, both qualities possessed by their backup software
The Solution
Emblaze Design empowered a team of talented corporate identity, print and interactive designers, technical, usability, and information architect specialists to provide a solution that encompasses the entire brand experience.
The design of a brand identity system that included a friendly typeface, high-contrast blue and orange color scheme, the tagline, "What would you do if your computer crashed today?", all work in conjunction to differentiate them from the competition in their highly competitive market.
Our website design solution encompasses emotion, style and structure. The value proposition is integrated throughout the site. It's uncluttered and simple with eye catching colors and good use of white space. The design of site templates ensures that all work is consistent with the rest of the site, i.e., use of fonts, positioning of images and table structures.
Most importantly, the solution accomplishes its goal of establishing the company's highly differentiated value proposition in a competitive marketplace for a product that is effective, affordable and easy to use.
